Experienced New Jersey Attorney for Princeton / Newtown Offices

For this position, a successful candidate would most likely be either a sole practitioner with some business and a specific practice area who is frustrated with the time and cost required to administer and grow a sole practice, or a big-firm refugee looking to develop his or her practice area outside the confines of a big firm.

Our objective is to grow your practice area by combining your experience, client base, and referral network, with our legal training, marketing, advertising plan, client base and referral network. You would not be required to bring in all of your own work, but the ideal applicant should have some existing client base and referral network as well as a willingness to market him or herself, his or her practice area, and the Firm as a whole with the support of the existing staff at Maselli, Mills & Fornal, P.C. In addition, while developing this practice area, and perhaps even after, the attorney would work on other matters handled by a general practice firm allowing for growth and learning in a variety of areas.

Requirements: Must be an experienced and practicing lawyer with a solid and broad foundation in both law and procedures

Compensation: Initial salary and benefits will be in relation to our mutual performance expectations, and salary and bonus ultimately will be a function of performance and contribution to the Firm.
