Nicholas J. Loiodice, Esquire is an attorney in Maselli, Mills & Fornal’s Princeton, New Jersey office. Nick represents businesses, banks, financial institutions and individuals in litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Nick served as a legal intern for a private practice firm representing businesses in litigation matters, and for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigating violations of federal securities laws. Nick gained valuable litigation experience working in Rutgers’ Housing Advocacy and Mortgage Foreclosure Clinic.

Nicholas is a graduate of University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he was a Division I baseball player. Nick earned his juris doctorate from Rutgers University Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude, and served as the Articles Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review.

 

 Originally from Forest Hill, Maryland, Nick now resides in Bradley Beach, New Jersey.
