Jonathan D. Edelman

Jonathan D. Edelman, Esquire is an associate attorney with Maselli, Mills & Fornal, working in the Princeton office. Jon’s practice includes assisting businesses, banks, financial institutions, and individuals in a variety of litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Jon clerked for the Honorable Michael Gilmore, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Tax Division. Following his clerkship, Jon served as an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service – Office of Chief Counsel where he represented the IRS Commissioner in matters before the United States Tax Court.

Jon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was a Law & Public Policy Scholar and the President of the Tax & Bankruptcy Law Society, in addition to receiving a Beasley Scholarship and the Barbara W. Freedman Memorial Scholarship for Taxation. While in law school, Jon was a research assistant for Dean Rachel Rebouche and a teaching assistant for Professor Jane Baron’s Property Law class.

Jon is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court.
