The Ultimate Respect…
Kudos from an Attorney on the Other Side (May 2022)
One of the things you can’t say in the middle of the case is how well your adversary is handling a matter but before we all move on with the next one I just wanted to tell you that. Your Complaint and other papers submitted were of the highest quality. You put a lot of effort and expertise into getting the client an excellent result and a way to put this behind her. My client is very astute and noted the focused way you handled that the case as compared to (your client’s) prior counsel who struggled putting a cogent theory together of why we should pay on the case. It made my client want to resolve the matter. Your client was fortunate to have such strong legal representation.
Maselli, Mills & Fornal – Highly Recommended (December 2020)
In 2018, I wanted to have an addition built onto my home in Mercer County. I hired an architect and a builder. Unfortunately, the addition was built with the wrong dimensions. As a result, the addition walls did not line up with the walls of the existing home. For this problem to be corrected it cost me almost 50% more then the contracted price of the entire job. I then decided I must file a lawsuit against the builder and the architect.
I decided I needed a lawyer who was an expert in Consumer Fraud and construction law and who was not solely experienced as a construction law defense attorney. Being a lawyer myself, I knew to find such an attorney I had to research opinions by the New Jersey Supreme Court. I found a case where Maselli, Mills & Fornal represented the homeowner and prevailed. I knew if I hired them they would be respected by the judges and the other attorneys. Additionally, I could be confident that they knew what they were doing in this area of law. I was also pleased to find out that they were also in Mercer County.
During the course of their representation of me they demonstrated their expertise in all facets of civil litigation and construction law including the Consumer Fraud Act. Their work on the pleadings and discovery and mediation was highly competent and professional. At all times, they were highly respective of my knowledge of the facts and my opinions. I truly felt I was part of our team. Their fees were reasonable. I was particularly satisfied with the fact that they accomplished my goals and successfully negotiated a settlement with multiple parties and insurance companies.
I would highly recommend them for similarly situated homeowners like myself.
